What is a forwarder?

A forwarder is an email program that forwards any emails sent to a certain address onto another email address. It is used when an individual may have a few email accounts setup and wants them sent to the same person, eg: admin and accounts

Creating a forwarder

1. Login to thewebconsole.com
2. Click on the Email Accounts tab on the bottom left.
3. Click on the radio button next to the email address you want to setup the forwarder for, and then click on the Manage Forwarders button.
4. Select whether or not to Enable Forwarding Emails. If Yes, you can choose whether or not to Keep Copy (please note this will take up extra space on the server and may result in additional costs). For Forward Address add the email address you want to forward emails to. You can also add multiple forwarding addresses by clicking Add Another.
5. Once you have entered in the email accounts, click Save.
