XLNC Residences is a property management company located in Detroit, Michigan. XLNC had no website prior to working with Bloomtools. Their goal was to have a website built that would look professional, and showcase the properties and pricing. Additionally, they needed to rent out all the apartments located on the three properties by getting interested parties to fill out the online application

XLNC Residences continues to advertise online through Facebook advertising in order to boost brand recognition, engage with current and potential residence, and drive targeted traffic back to the "properties" page on the XLNC website. The website provides potential residences with all the information they need to apply for an apartment as well as contact XLNC for additional questions. the website has streamlined the application process as well as maintenance requests, thus reducing administrative costs.
