The text on a page doesn't look the way it did when you set it up for me

If your page's fonts and sizes don't look like they did when we originally created the site, it is typically caused by copying text from "Microsoft Word" directly into the web editor.

What is happening is Microsoft Word's formatting is being applied to the text that is copied across. The challenge with this is that other computers may not have the same fonts as yours and this will affect how it looks. It will also override the styles that we have setup for you originally.

Solution

You need to copy the text out of the editor or Microsoft Word and then paste it into Notepad. Once it is in Notepad, you can copy it back and then re-format it.

This will set it back to how it was originally designed to look.
