Changing the status of a property in the Real Estate settings

You can quickly change the status of a property in your Real Estate software if events change.

To change the status of a property:

  1. Click on the Real Estate Properties tab when you are logged into your website account.
  2. Click on either the Sale Stock, Rent Stock, or Management Rights tab, depending on where the product you want to change is.
  3. Check the box next to the property you want to feature.
  4. Click Update Status.
  5. Select from Draft, Active, Sold, Leased, Withdrawn or Under Contract.

Note: This will only update the property's status in your website, not any third party sites that the property is also listed on. To update the property on realestate.com.au, domain.com.au or myhome.com.au, click View next to the listing, scroll down to the Synchronisation With Other Real Estate Websites heading, set all the drop down fields to Yes, then click Save toward the bottom of the page.
