Adding a frequently asked question


This tool allows you to present your FAQs in a professional and clear way on your website. You can add as many questions to a page as you like and you can also seperate questions across multiple pages.

Adding a new question:

  1. Click on the FAQ's tab when you are logged into your website account and select Questions. You will see the FAQ Question screen below:
  2. Click on the Add Question button. You will see the FAQ Questions screen below:
  3. Enter the following details:
    • Category: This allows you to categorise your FAQs for easy reference. Note: the category is not displayed or referenced on the front end by default. To add a new category, click the 'New' link. You can also manage the categories via the Categories tab at the top of the page.
    • Question: Add the actual question - eg. “How long would my order take to ship?”
    • Answer: In the answer field, you can place text, images, links that relate to your question.
  4. Click the Save Question button.
